I travel a couple of times a year on long overnight flights. I'd never used a sleep mask before but decided to give it a try. Seems like there's always someone with their reading light on or watching a movie with bright scenes which would bother me. I bought this one for my flight and it helped a lot. It was comfortable and easy to put on an adjust. It definitely helped block out the light pollution and let me sleep much easier. I like that it comes with a small travel pouch so I can easily store it away for my next long overnight flight.

Uncomfortable to use

The material feels very soft and of good quality. The small cartilage in the elastic strap helps hold the mask securely in place and effectively blocks out light. However, it tends to shift around, which can sometimes cause discomfort. It’s also a bit tricky to put on properly. My biggest issue is that the mask touches my eyelids, making it uncomfortable to wear. I often find myself moving my eyes to relieve the discomfort, but it doesn’t go away. I’ve adjusted the elastic strap multiple times, but the feeling remains the same—maybe my eyelids are just very sensitive. If the design allowed more space for the eyes, it would rate this item 5/5.
