Works great. Lightweight and comfortable. Freezes quick and holds pressure where it needs. Got this for a hand injury on both sides. The head wrap is really nice also.

Not Enough Gel to Ice the Wrist

I am sorry to say that this product did not work. When I received it, the gel pack had insufficient gel to provide coolness to the wrist. I thought it was defective and exchanged it for a new one. When the second one came, it had the same amount of gel in the pack. The product is ineffective. So I had to return the second one as well.
