Feeling much less joint pain.

Need low dose pain killers with this to decrease pain

Hello, I did not take these pills everyday average every 2 days. I found hard to swallow even when drank with water. Minutes later fills like it’s stuck/trapped in throat. Literally had to drink 2 1/2 cups of water to feel comfortable again. YIKES (no, I normally do not have issues taking pills) ... I do have constant swelling around ankle unless take 2 or 3 days off relaxing with pain between 5-7 level. When take pills early morning then relax an hour seem to have less pain 4-6 level... I also take 1500 mg of MSM pills with this. Pain stays 4-6 level however when I add an ibuprofen 200mg pain is gone completely for 4-6 hours. My Age group is 35-45. Granted Dr say I have mild levels of arthritis... if you have any natural remedies that helped please share. Thank you in advance
