This product is really good. It also comes in a strawberry that's even better. I mix it with ice and a banana in the blender. Gave it to my husband after he was recovering from surgery. It's a good source of nutrition without a lot of junky additive.

Awful flavor

The flavor is pretty bad. If you've ever had Cookies and Cream Hershey's, its like that but drowned in a whole lot of Splenda. Don't buy this unless you love the taste of artificial sweeteners. If you really need this brand for some reason, get the Chocolate one; otherwise stay away.
