Best Gluten free pancakes

I love this brand. A lot of people complained about how hard to cook it. It's because this pancake mix is not just keto but gluten free as well. Gluten free items don't cook or bake the same way as regular things. It takes a little practice but so worth it.They are tasty and the closest to real pancake for me. Cook them on low heat, flip them in a minute or so. Put some syrup or whatever you like and Bon appetite 😋

***Updated review*** In addition to the review I wrote below I reached out to the company and they were more than happy to forward me a new batch of the pancake mix that I preferred. They were very helpful and understanding and no questions asked. I really appreciate their quality of service even if the product was not the best in my opinion. I've used other products from this company and they were really tasty, in which when I started Keto again I decided to purchase this one instead. Although it says "Keto" on the bag, it is positively one of the worst Keto branded products that I've ever used. The waffles fall apart , the texture is gritty as others have described it, and it literally has no flavor and tastes like cardboard. You're better off making your own keto pancakes and or waffles from scratch.
