Full-Body Shiatsu Massage Chair

****Nov 8, 2022*** I had an issue with a part that broke while using the chair. I reached out to the manufacturer and they promptly sent me a replacement part. I couldn't have been more impressed with Nouhaus' customer service response time and professionalism. ****May 23, 2020*** After an exhaustive search for the perfect massage chair, I found it. I was worried that something so beautiful couldn't possibly provide the pressure I was looking for, I stand corrected. This was a great purchase post COVID-19. I can't imagine any massage places being open anytime soon. A word of caution on your first day with the chair: pace yourself! Yes, you're going to want to spend every waking moment in the chair as soon as you put it together. I woke up with delicious soreness that I only thought was possible after a deep tissue massage with a human masseuse. Visually, it looks like it was stolen from bridge of the Enterprise, which I have no problem with. PROS — You can't beat that price Pleasing to look at Powerful and surprisingly firm massage Compact design Adjustable height of neck rollers built in remote heated seat feature easy to assemble very sturdy It's under 1k Zippers surrounding the fabric bits (assuming to remove for cleaning and or repair) CONS — Does not recline (I knew this before purchasing) Doesn't come in black (I settled for the classic brown) When off, you'll need a lumbar pillow to use it as a regular reading chair — the mechanics kind of poke into your lower back when not in use I didn't buy this sooner TLDR: Compact, affordable and impressive massage chair that is pleasing to the eye.
