Ordered a late 2019 and was shipped a early 2016 model

I ordered a late 2019 model. the shipping took 3 extra days than originally said. When I received it, the screen was bugged, there were giant scratches on the back, the keyboard had more than normal wear and tear, the charger caused the computer to over heat, as well as the fans did not work correctly, and the model was a early 2016 model? Needless to say, I was not happy with this purchase at all. Please red the reviews before you buy from this seller. They do not inspect their products before delivery and i would hate for someone to go through the same experience I did.
