Not only have I highly recommended this product to many patients and have gotten unanimously great feedback, but I also use it myself every time I shower. Part of the name CERA refers to a component of the skin called ceramide which is a naturally produced skin element that helps to retain water. I like this particular version of the product because it is a light lotion. They also make a thicker cream type product that is probably appropriate for the driest, most beat up skin. By the way, this larger bottle for a lower price than the smaller bottle at Walmart is a great bargain!
