I have been using ZO products for 2 years and I love this cleanser. It’s very gentle on the skin and it doubles as a makeup remover! The small size goes a long way. You do not need much more than a pea sized amount when washing your face. It is definitely worth the price!

I usually buy this product from a ZO certified medi-spa seller, this time I thought to purchase from Amazon as it’s more convenient. This is not the same product as I’ve purchased from the medi-spa. It has a weird smell and much thicker. The certified ZO product has a bouncy texture- this is different. I then reached out to ZO via their official website and they informed me they do not engage with third party sellers and the products could be defective, damaged, and/or expired. ZO does not stand by any ZO products sold on Amazon. I returned.
