I'm sure this would be fine for most people, but starting with the first pill, (only took 3 total) I had to stop. Had constant farting that grew worse and more uncontrollable after each dose, and constant slow diarrhea that sent me to the bathroom constantly. I really wanted this to work, but threw the bottle out.
