Yes I take this every other day, and yes my hair is growing, and coming in thicker on my thin patch. I am going to do the hair growth one next. But I seen a difference in about 3 weeks of use.

Big bottle, kids didn't like the taste

Big bottle but unfortunately neither of my kids liked the taste, ages 9 and 11. I didn't notice that it needs to be refrigerated after opening. Color is a dark orange/red. I tried diluting it in their ice water but they still didn't like the taste and won't drink it.
