One of the best olive oils!!

I love this olive oil. It has high polyphenol content. Not only do I cook with it, I also take it nightly. I drink a couple of tablespoons and it makes me feel great. This is my opinion and I am not a medical person. Yes it is bitter but again that is because of its high polyphenol content.
