Works like it should! No grumbling tummy or worse farts after eating dairy! Take one at the beginning of the eating delicious (insert dairy product). Only one tablet needed! Packaged individually so you can take it on the go! Small size so can fit in your pocket, purse easily. Great value for the money, way cheaper than buying at the drug store.

Good product/wasteful packaging

I love this product and it saves me from a lot of stomach pain and unpleasant bathroom visits. Still, I really dislike the individually wrapped packaging. I can see it probably works for some, but I find it wasteful. The lower dose version comes in the pill bottle. You must take more of those pills. I wish they also offered a bottle with the higher dose version. I prefer to keep loose pills in a small pill container. When I buy this version, I must open them all and transfer them. That is time consuming and also wasteful. When I buy the bottle version, I have to bring way more pills with me to get the job done.
