Changed my teenage daughter‘s hair for the better

This is my second time purchasing this shampoo for my teenage daughter. She has a long highlighted hair, and an oily scalp. She and I believe this shampoo totally transformed her hair. It was as if in two weeks of using this shampoo that her hair totally transformed and got really shiny and healthy. I would recommend.

Did not work for me, left hair limp and stringy

I was disappointed with this shampoo (conditioner and styling creme as well). It left my hair limp and stringy. It did not volumize or leave it full and bouncy like the joico purple shampoo that I also have and love. Unfortunately I cannot use the purple shampoo and conditioner at every shampoo and was looking for another joico set that I could use to alternate that would leave my hair as shiny and full and bouncy as the purple set does. The volumizing set is not the answer. I tried to find a joico representative to help me find the correct product but there is no such service.
