For some reason the past few years I keep getting sores on my tongue. I had a sore on the side of my tongue a few months ago that I could not get to go away. I tried warm salt water rinse and it did nothing. I happened to mention it to a friend and he suggested this. I ordered it right then and there. I came the next day and after the 2nd use, it was almost gone! Now as soon as I feel any sore coming on I use it immediately. What a godsend!

It may keep your mouth clean, but it burns like the dickens. The flavor is nice for a moment, but it advises that you should rinse for 30 seconds and I could never leave it in my mouth that long.
