BEST for tightlining top

This is the absolute BEST eyeliner I've used. I use it to tightline the top lid, and it stays in place until I remove it with makeup remover at the end of the day. It's easy to put on and the color is very pigmented. It doesn't smudge or budge, but I never use it anywhere else. The only gripe is that it runs out somewhat quickly, but it's so cheap and good that I don't care.

It works ok, but it does not go on as smoothly as other eye liners. I need to go over my eye a few times to see any difference. I wish it were smoother.
