Good Power Bank; Great Customer Service
By Derick on Reviewed in the United States on September 4, 2020
Update 10/5/2020: I left the original review below about a problem I had with the first power bank I was sent causing my phone to shut down. I liked everything about it - size, design, wireless charging, etc. But the shut down problem made it unusable. Anker reached out to me in response to the review and sent me a replacement power bank without me even asking. This was the first time I'd really had any issues with any Anker product and I was amazed at how fast and friendly their customer service was to address the problem. The new power bank works great and their quick, awesome response will ensure that I continue to buy Anker products going forward. Original Review: I've had this power bank for a while now and used it several times. I like that I can charge wirelessly and that it's thin enough to hold in my hand with my phone on top of it. But any time I use it for more than a few minutes, my phone eventually shuts down on it's own and has to be started back up manually. I have a couple of other, older power banks and this never happens with those - just this one. I really wanted this to become my primary power bank, but the shut downs it causes really prevent that. Bummer, too - I love all of my other Anker products.

Better options available for capacity and recharge times
By Alvin on Reviewed in the United States on October 26, 2020
In the new age of charging, 10W charging just does not cut it. Devices take much too long to charge up through USB and the wireless charging is double that charge time. only three different earbuds can be charged wirelessly, beyond that only phones can be wireless charged It probably has a lot to do with fact that USB-C port can only be used to replenish the battery and not your phone. Even apple has moved to USB-C connections on their chargers. For heavy users who want to be able to top off quickly during the day, this is not the way to go. There are much better options out there at a similar price point, some even made by Anker. Decent value, would be a good option to get for an elderly relative who just wants to be sure they have a charge on their phone if their car breaks down on a trip.
