Better than the big name competitor's for overall quality, longer lasting and lower price

I searched for the green Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Scrub Sponges and these popped up. Upon receiving the sponges, I discovered that they are not what I expected. I used them daily for two months now. I am ready to ditch more expensive Scotch-Brice for the Scrubit sponges. Scrubit sponges vs Scotch-Brite sponges: *** Lower price *** The softer yellow foam rinses out easier and does not accumulate grease as much *** Finer scrubbing side does the scouring better without leaving scratch marks *** Do not have unknown substance that their competitor’s sponges come soaked in *** No individual packaging so no plastic to clog the trash *** Last noticeable longer (I am used replace sponges every two weeks or so but now have to remind myself that it is time to replace my sponge for a fresh one though it is still looks and feel useable)

Wouldn’t purchase

I won’t be buying these again. I opened these up way after the return window passed since I usually store things like this until needed. Once I did finally open them for use, I realized that they changed the quality exponentially. They are not durable at all, and although you get a lot they will likely not last long. They’re thinner now. Of course they become thicker (not by much) once water is absorbed, but again, they’re really not durable at all. I won’t be buying again (not that my purchases matter as they’re likely a drop in the ocean, but still). For me this is a big deal because they were great in quality at one time, but they’ve changed the product in a negative way and kept the price the same or more, so the consumer gets to eat that loss, so to speak.
