The package got here completely damaged, the product wasn’t even inside the box. They have QR coded in the box for Use instructions and other informations, but the QR code was not possible to be used due to the damaged package. The product itself, the scent is very good and the texture as well. But the pump doesn’t work if you don’t squeeze the tube, which is very anoying. I tried to use 2 times in case it was due to first use, but still didn’t work. I am returning because such an expensive product should have all working at least.
