Since I started taking this calcium my calcium has increased since I don’t eat a lot of dairy. I would highly recommend this for anyone who needs to increase their calcium levels.

It is a bone health supplement so without undergoing X-rays I have no idea if it is helping or hurting me. I set up a subscribe-and-save on it and Amazon didn't have if for last month's delivery and saysit won't be available this month either. And my local GNC doesn't have it in stock either so I am wondering if it is a discontinued item. ⭐⭐⭐is my base rating for a product that is fully functional and fulfills its promises
