Handy lil home gym
By User on Reviewed in the United States on July 7, 2020
Does it beat going to the gym? No Is it the best home gym option for the space and budget limited? In my opinion, YES It is very versatile, you can use any nylon bands you may already have along with it to increase the resistance, and it stores away taking up almost no space at all. If you want to increase resistance, just get a few more bands (which are cheap and take up virtually no space). I have used a 70lb. band on it with no issues The platform has been surprisingly durable. The bar is very nice and sturdy. I understand the choice of bands, because they hold up better than nylon tubes. They can bunch up at times though, especially if you start stacking bands to increase resistance. Once you figure it out though, you can work around that relatively easy. I would advise this for anyone looking for an affordable, versatile option that can serve most any resistance exercise demand and stores away using VERY little space.

Its okay. Not enough resistance and flimsy board
By Kristen_Clara Pujol on Reviewed in the United States on April 14, 2020
I wish this product had different resistance bands strengths. The resistance is so light and even the tricks to make the band shorter for more resistance is not enough. The board is a little flimsy as well. The concept is nice, just could be a improved.
