Tastes like Mexican Candy — YUMMMM

The Mango Chili flavor of LMNT is hands down my favorite—it seriously tastes like Mexican candy, which makes staying hydrated so much more fun. The flavor is bold and delicious, with just the right balance of sweet, salty, and a little kick. I’ve found that mixing one packet with 40 oz of water is the perfect ratio—not too strong, but still super flavorful and hydrating. It gives that satisfying, quenched feeling without being overpowering. I actually look forward to drinking this every day! Love it, but gives me tongue sores

Absolutely love this stuff, haven’t tried all the flavors but the few I’ve tried are amazing. I swear I was addicted to this stuff, 2 packs in my jug in the morning before a workout. The unfortunate part, which is why it’s only getting 3 stars is that it makes my tongue hurt. I get get red sores on the edge of my tongue and after experimenting with my diet, I’ve found it’s these that are doing it to me. I’m pretty bummed since I truly love this stuff.
