I ordered several brushes for my family. One of the brushes didn’t work. Great customer service because they sent me another one immediately. These brushes work great - great job of cleaning teeth.

Stopped Working Properly After 1st Battery Change!

This would have been five stars if it was still working. The brush felt good, it was a great color, and I liked that it paused every 30 seconds to switch sections. However, after two months it stopped working. I changed the batteries, and it would power on, but then randomly turn off after a few seconds. Sometimes it will last longer, but usually once I put pressure on it to my teeth it turns off. I tried changing the batteries again but that didn't change anything. I only opened it to change batteries and dried it first. I'm really disappointed because it was working great at first. I was hoping to get a replacement, but I couldn't send a message to the company since was more than a month and past the deadline on Amazon to contact them.
