IQBAR Brain and Body Plant Protein Bars, 7 Bars

I picked up the IQBAR 7-Bar Sampler Pack to try a variety of flavors before committing to a full box—and I’m so glad I did. These bars are not only delicious but packed with clean, plant-based ingredients that actually make me feel good after eating them. As someone who follows a mostly low-carb, gluten-free diet, it’s tough to find snacks that tick all the boxes: low sugar, high fiber, good protein, and no junk. These bars do it all. I love that they include brain-friendly ingredients like Lion’s Mane and MCTs it makes me feel like I’m fueling both my body and mind. So far, the Chocolate Sea Salt and Lemon Blueberry are my top two, but every flavor in the sampler had something unique to offer. The texture is dense but not chalky, and I find them really satisfying between meals or after a workout. They’ve even helped me cut down on sugary snacks because I know I’ve got something tasty and healthier to reach for.
