Lithium battery issues, but solvable! (Updated Review)

The TheraGun is an excellent product, especially when I had severe lower back pain and couldn't move for days -- used the Theragun for 5 minutes and the pain instantly went away and hasn't come back (true story). My issue came with the lithium battery - I went a year without using the TheraGun while I was traveling. When I came back, the battery would not charge and rendered the TheraGun completely inoperable. After back and forth with Customer Service, they told me the Theragun needs to be used regularly otherwise the battery will die (like a car). Keep using your product and it will last! Thank you Robert C for your help with this.

Defective product

I bought this item end of December. Fully charged it once and turned on for a minute to verify that it was working and then put it away. Didn’t use it for a couple months and now it won’t hold charge — says 0% battery and won’t turn on, regardless of how much I charge it (all the way to 100%) drains back to 0% as soon as I unplug. I’ve owned other Theragun products before and they’ve lasted for years. So I’m very disappointed by this defective product that is advertised to be the real product when it’s broken after ZERO uses. Would give it 0 stars if I could — waste of money.
