This charger has been in use for nine months without any problems. I use it to mainly charge smart phones, headphones, earbuds and a Kindle. As of now I don't require a higher wattage charger. The GaN technology is a plus. My USB-C cables are designed for use on a PD charger. The cable connected to the 18 watt port is rated at 60 watts max. The cable connected to the 60 watt port is rated at 100 watts max. Even though PD chargers should have built in “smarts” for safety and are designed to prevent overcharging, for peace of mind I will only use quality cables designed for a PD charger. I connected this charger to an AC adapter plug that has an on/off switch. See attached photo. Most, if not all chargers will draw some current while not in use. I turn this switch off when the charger is not in use and maybe this will extend the life of the charger,. Of course the charger can just be simply unplugged, but the switch is convenient.

Falls out of socket easily

I used this and a phone charger to charge my laptop and it was perfect until my chord broke, which isn't this products issue. When stationary, it stays in the wall fine, but if I try moving my laptop too much while it's plugged in it falls out sometimes. It's great though, charges quickly and is very quiet. This is my fault, but I didn't realize that it only connected USB-C to USB-C, so I had to buy a separate charger for that.
