Still working great after 6 months
By Jonathan Yoder on Reviewed in the United States on May 3, 2025
I've been using this for 6 months now and decided to do a quick review. There haven't been any issues. I like the changing light feature to show if too much pressure or not enough is being applied. It's very easy to clean and the magnetic charging base works very well. I've used the app a few times and it works well but, in all honesty, I think it's more of a novelty that the user will eventually find unnecessary and stop using. It took some getting used to using an electric brush for the first time, but my teeth feel really slick and smooth afterwards so I'm pretty sure it's working better than a manual brush. The only thing I don't like is the pulsing it does after every 30 seconds to let you know how much time has elapsed; I'd prefer a different color light that it turns instead of the unnerving pulsing. It makes it feel like the motor is bogging down or something. The noise level of the brush is fine. The replaceable brush head lasts a long time although I think replacing it every 3 months is recommended in the manual. I like the shape of the brush head because it's the perfect size to 'cup' each tooth in order to quickly clean all of it at the same time. I trust the Oral-B brand as well.

Overpriced and malfunctions
By Villageidiot on Reviewed in the United States on June 22, 2025
This toothbrush was overpriced for the quality. I have had this toothbrush for 23 months. The biggest complaint is it has gone dead 5 times now. The toothbrush goes back on the charger after I use it. There is no way it can go on the charge incorrectly so it should always be fully charged. I will start brushing my teeth and it shuts off. Some other issues are you limited to one kind of brush. I like a smaller brush and that's not an option. I also don't like the timer. With my old brush, the timer vibrated after 3 minutes. This one vibrates every 30 seconds to remind you to change the position of where you're brushing. With this toothbrush, sometimes I brush for 2:30. Sometimes I brush for 3:30. I have no use for some of the other functions such as Bluetooth. Update: I was about to brush my teeth with this brush and checked the battery level. It was 100% charged. I started brushing my teeth and it went dead after around 30 seconds. Time to replace after less than 2 years of use.
