Disappointed with Solimo Expresso capsules. Not compatible to Nespresso!

I ordered the Solimo Expresso coffee because it stated that it contained Nespresso compatible capsules. It is not compatible. The description is definitely misleading. I tried to get them returned and was told this item wasn’t returnable. I have never had a problem with Amazon before. I am very disappointed.
