Joico K-PAK Color Therapy Color-Protecting Conditioner 33.8 FL oz

I had high hopes for this Conditioner and the matching shampoo, as my stylist recommended both. Unfortunately, they didn’t work well for me. I have long, soft waves, and after using the shampoo and conditioner together, my hair became greasy and flat, even after just one wash. It’s supposed to protect color-treated hair and boost shine, but with my balayage, I noticed that the colors didn’t shine through as they usually do. My hair feels weighed down, and the products didn’t provide the volume or texture I need. My waves lost their bounce, and my hair quickly looked limp and oily. With quickly I mean the same day. It just don’t suit my hair type, as my hair tends to get greasy with the wrong products. Unfortunately, this conditioner isn’t the right choice for my hair, but I can see how it might work well for others with different hair needs. If you have hair like mine—long, wavy, easily greasy—it may not be the best fit.
