Beautiful Product

I purchased my Hypervolt May 2021. As a massage therapist I use this for my clients as well as myself. Daily. 4 years later still working without any charging problems. I would most definitely replace it same day if it were to decide to die today! No questions about it.

Poor batteries. Has died 2 times and kills the unit. No replacement available

Device itself worked well and helped with pain when it worked. I have had the battery die 2 times. The battery still powers device but the device will not turn on. Turn the battery pack to off and disconnect from the unit and the power light still stays on. Need a better battery unit. Unit has been lightly used over the years and is not reliable when you need it to work
