Incredible performance

I’m not sure why I’m seeing negative reviews on this product. I have a 4K movie theatre in my living room at 100 inches and it’s absolutely incredible. Best picture from a tv/projector I’ve ever had. No regrets whatsoever. And at 899? For a 1500 projector? GREAT value.

Ordered this “refurbished” product. Upon opening the box I could hear a loose object inside of the projector housing. This loose object turned out to be a screw bouncing around inside. The focusing ring was loose and detached from the lens. And the worst offense was the dead pixel front and center on the screen. I understand there are risks associated with refurbished products but the claim on the page is “High-Quality Product Professionally inspected, tested, and cleaned to work and look like new.” The employee that signed off on this product as good for resale should be fired immediately. This is embarrassing even for Amazon’s standards
