First let me say that anyone on here who is complaining about this well-engineered masterpiece cutting them, is obviously too ignorant to read directions or even interpret pictures. It’s cutting them because they are holding it wrong and/or moving the mower in the wrong direction. After using this product, my nugget pouch has never felt smoother in my entire life. It’s like petting a baby seal. My girlfriend can’t stop massaging them, which is fantastic but slightly awkward when we’re out in public eating at restaurants or grocery shopping for nuts and berries. As if that’s not reason enough to buy, the kit also comes with a deodorant for your man-jewel satchel. It’s the finest fragrance that my nose has ever experienced. It smells like a combination of morning dew on the Manchurian Plains and freshly cracked coconuts harvested from the Philippines. Buy. This. Product. You won’t be disappointed. If you won’t take my word for it, then ask Elon Musk, Ironman, and Zeus - all of whom continue to rave about this life-changing, ball-grooming, nude-spooning gadget.

Low Quality for Premium Price.

I purchased a Lawnmower 3.0 from Manscaped Amazon store on June 30, 2021, for the premium price of $79.99 plus tax specifically for beard maintenance. For this premium price, I expected a premium product with lasting quality. This expectation becomes even more apparent when I compare it to my Wahl Color Pro trimmer, which is over 15 years old, still running on its original battery, blades, and guards, and costs about a 1/4 of what I paid for your trimmer today its about 1/3. Even more impressive, Wahl offers a 5-year warranty, while Manscaped is only 90 days. This is disappointing, especially considering the premium price they charge. At a minimum, their product should match or exceed the quality of the competition. My Lawnmower 3.0 has had a range of issues, including multiple charging bases failing without cause, as well as guards falling apart and becoming unusable. On February 13, 2025, I discovered that my Lawnmower 3.0 no longer runs for more than 10 seconds, even after charging it for two full days. I tested it again on February 15, 2025 after 2 more days of charging and the issue persists with no improvement. I have always kept it clean and sanitized using Andis Cool Care trimmer spray. After reading several online forums, it seems that this problem is widespread across the entire Lawnmower line, from the original model to the 5.0. When customers reach out, they are not backing their product and instead telling them to simply "buy another, sorry for the inconvenience" Why would a person want to buy another for one that just failed far sooner than it should of? That seems counter intuitive considering today's economy. I tested that theory hoping what I had read was incorrect, nope they want me to buy another. Pass. Just go buy a cheaply made chinese knock off for less than a 1/4 of their premium priced unit every few years and you'll be further ahead. So, where does this leave me? My Lawnmower is now destined for the landfill as well.
