The jar arrived without any Kiehl's paper box or cushioning. It was just rolling in the package. The cream inside is tan like the other reviews mentioned. I haven't bought one from Kiehl's so not sure. The cream has a strong plasticy smell like cheap toys. Didn't burn my skin but I don't dare use it further.
