DEWALT DCS565B 20V MAX 6-1/2in CRCULAR SAW

I have to give this three stars only because the item I received was clearly used and not brand new. First off the box had been crushed at some point and a decent sized hole was on the size of the box. After opening it up I instantly knew it was used. Whenever you buy a “new” Dewalt tool, the tool will be in a plastic bag & it will be spotless. I’m taking perfect. Mine came with oil smudges, finger prints & sawdust/dirt on the handle & inside the blade guard. Even the shop vac attachment was covers in sawdust. I paid full price because I wanted a brand new tool like it said it was. Aside from that the saw works great and cuts through 2x4s super easy without bogging down the blade. I’m using it with a 8ah battery and it’s a beast. The blade was the only thing that was brand new and still in the plastic wrapper. I won’t be returning it because I need it now but it’s definitely really annoying and scandalous to lie about selling you a new tool. So if you are looking to buy this just be aware you could get a used one even if you pay full price.
