Container always comes cracked

I've purchased this shampoo set 3x over past 2 years. Each time at least one container arrives cracked with product oozing out (at this price it is a total waste of money). This likely will be the last time I order it--too expensive for so much waste of product. The containers crack easily which tells me they are a very cheap plastic material. The actual shampoo and conditioner are ok-- not sure they are worth the money but not happy that yet another shipment arrived in same ruined condition.
