LIFE CHANGING?

Unbelievable. I stared this 8 days before my period. 1 ML a day until the first day of my cycle I upped to the 3 ML recommendation on the bottle. When I say I had ZERO cramps, I mean ZERO. I felt my period coming in the morning and my midafternoon she arrived. This is life changing ladies. I had way more energy than I normally do on day 1 and my mental state was noticeably improved. Even my husband noticed that I wasn’t in bed and struggling on day 1 of my cycle. LOVE THIS PRODUCT and will continue use

I would use them up as soon as you open them!

Once you open them I would suggest you keep using it until it is gone. I left mine for about a month and it seemed to go bad quickly. It was not past the expiration date. It had no taste. It was easy to use. It did not seem to affect my mood, pain levels, or energy level.
