Refurbished Remington Hyperseries Advanced Shaver

I've been using electric shavers since 1957 (mostly Remington). In every case, until this one, I could not expect a good shave for the first two weeks or so. This one gave a clean shave the first time I used it. The hairs on my beard are thin and scraggly, a real challenge for an electric shaver, but this one rose to the challenge right away and ever since; I think it's in good part due to the shape and arrangement of the holes. The charging apparatus reminds me of Rube Goldberg--you have to put the shaver in a sort of razor-clam shell (included, of course), and the apparatus will stand up propped against a wall. I don't know why, but again it works.
