Works as advertised, I wish they improved some of the flavors.

These hydration packets multiply the hydrating effects of still water. One packet is enough to mix with a mere 8 ounces of water, not 16 or 20 like other less expensive products. The flavors are hit-or-miss. Generally the "red" flavors are more tolerable than the other colors. The "yellow" and 'purple" ones tasted like medicine! To use, mix one stickpack in 8 oz of still water. It helps if the water is cold, and that helps the taste a bit. I buy a bottle of water and mix by shaking the bottle in a rotating motion. My doctor told me I needed to drink more water after a disastrous urine test. after 6 months of using this and similar products, my hydration issues were solved. There is some sugar in this product, but only enough to improve the taste. This stuff was invented by a doctor who works in war zones trying to save people who are at risk of dehydration (sick children and their mothers in particular) These people would refuse or vomit up Oral Rehydration Solution, which can be very difficult to tolerate as has magnesium and other elements that can be difficult to ingest. This stuff is easy to use. Mix it up and keep it cold in place of soda or fruit drink. Treat it like powdered drink mix.
