OPI Nail Lacquer Trio Set, Let's Be Friends

I’ve been using OPI nail polish for many many years without any product problems- until recently. I’ve noticed that the OPI polish is NOT staying on like it used to on natural nails, and that it chips off in spots on ALL your nails within hours. I called OPI customer support and talked to an agent and supervisor. Neither one of them seemed to care about what was happening with their polish line. Instead, they both gave me a lecture on how to prepare my nails before putting polish on. I’ve been polishing my nails for over 50 years, and there’s no excuse for a polish that doesn’t stay on your nails. You shouldn’t have to have two additional prep layers (conditioning and base they say) underneath your polish in order for the polish to stay on without chipping off. That’s absolutely ridiculous- after all it IS nail polish. We don’t all have hours to do our nails. Sometimes we have to do a quick coat as we’re running out the door. Shame on you OPI for the shoddy customer service and high maintenance polish. Great colors, but what good does it do if it won’t stay on your nails?!
