Great quality product for a great price

My husband purchased this for me as a gift. It is amazing. The heated massage function is so nice. It is a bit larger than most other foot massagers, so it would work for someone with large or small feet. If your feet are often in pain after a long day's work or for any reason whatsoever (even if they aren't but you life to pamper yourself on a budget every once in a while) this product is perfect. If you have anyone who works on their feet all day this is exactly what they need. The amount of pain relief for how cheap it is makes it worth every dime plus some.

Not worth the money

Let's start with the fact that I have plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis. The first thing i noticed is this does not give a shiatzu massage. The toe and heal are a round plate with bumps on top of them that spin in a circle. The middle of the foot has a higher piece that spins. According to how you place your foot you will get a massage on parts, but not the entire foot. The spinners really don't seem to do much except agitate the bottom of my feet. I can not get a deep massage where I need it. The heat when added gets too hot for me. I bought this to have a light weight massager that I could take with me on trips. But I feel like it is a complete waste.
