All other brands wore us down. Dyson works better than all of them. It’s so awesome not to have to drag around & step over a cord, or have a base falling over & tripping you up. It sounds cool when you turn it off. It looks cool, too, and that is the most important part, am I right? Seriously, vacuuming the stairs is a breeze now. I Love this Dyson!!

Dyson warranty out

bought this about june last year. i registered it about a week after purchase. Dyson website said I had a full year for warranty so I didn't buy the extended warranty from Square Trade which I typically do. First day the clip on the canister broke. I didn't even use this very much. it's only for cleaning out my cars. Fast forward to now. No power at all. I contact Dyson and they wouldn't give me a UPS label at all and the first guy never created one. took like 3 weeks for them to finally schedule a UPS driver to pickup. (still didn't get a label otherwise I would have gotten out sooner) a week later they text me price for repair. i contact them. oh, you were out of warranty in Dec. bruh, didn't you check PRIOR to shipping? okay, when are you sending it back? You'll have to pick it up. :| The whole experience was terrible and I should have just gotten the extended warranty from Square. I had my previous Dyson for 7 years without an issue. This one didn't last a year.
