ladies… do yourselves the favor and get these!! where i first used these i didn’t know about the cooling effect so it tweaked me out for a minute there but now i recommend them to all my fellow pcos gals and refuse to use anything else. absorbent, despite the thinness of the pad, comfortable, does what you need it to.

I had read reviews of this liner so I had an idea of what to expect. It was “extra spicy” for sure! Kinda like putting icy hot on your panty gusset. It took a moment for the tingling to start and I considered taking the pad off after 15 min or so. The tingling was quite intense but I pushed through! The tingling does ease up slightly…until the air hits your lady bits then WOOOOW! I’m glad some people are getting a bit of relief from cramps. Maybe I’ll try them again on an extra achy period day or when it’s 100 degrees outside. I have to admit, my hoo-ha was somewhat tender after taking the pad off and I questioned if there was still skin left down there. After a few minutes the feeling subsided, thank goodness. Probably won’t purchase again. I also wouldn’t recommend for anyone who is extra sensitive.
