Not happy. This item was listed as new. It's B-stock. It is not difficult to tell when something has been opened and put back in the box. Several items were not wrapped or in a bag and the power cord was obviously unwound and then balled up to put it back in the box. Also, cardboard inserts were torn and worn. One piece of cardboard was just loose in the box serving mo purpose. Terrible directions, I had to guess at much on how to get it to work. I finally was able to do so. I was almost ready to box it up and send it back before I took it apart and reassembled the handle three more times to get it to function. The unit itself doesn't hold the attachment and hose. That is unusual. I have own several of this type of cleaners and have never seen that before. It took three gallons of water to clean just the area in front of the couch. I am aware that the area is always the dirtiest, however I have cleaned it before with an older and worn machine and it did better than that. This item is waaaay overpriced for it's quality and it being B-stock. Buyer beware if this seller. You will be better off buying onw of these from a box store which I originally was going to do. The store only had one model in stock and not any variety of options. That is why I ordered online. Lesson learned.
