Nice Machine

This is my second Instant 3-1. My first lasted from 12/22 to 1/25, until both water pumps quit working. First it was the k-cup side which didn't bother me as much as I like my espresso in the morning.I called Instant company and they told me that they didn't handle replacement parts . Now, when I ordered another to replace my first one that had finally quit. I ran into some issues. The first machine came and had the same issue as the one that died, not pumping water. I sent it back and ordered a second. This machine had an internal leak that flooded my countertop so I sent it back and ordered again. When the 3rd delivery came, I was anxious as I was not wanting to have to send this back and find something totally different to get my mornings going. This machine worked, relieved. I hope this one lasts at least the duration of my first initial purchase . I love the fact that it takes espresso and k-cup pods for ease in getting my day started.

Read the Reviews and DO NOT BUY

I would give a ZERO star if possible. I had the same machine before and after 3.5 years suddenly died on me. So I ordered it again as I really liked the 3-in-1 function of the machine and for over 3 years I had great coffee. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered a new one. It seems manufacturing got super bad since I got my first one. Yesterday my brand new machie arrived. I unboxed it. Set out the instruction booklet for first set up and followed it to the letter. I was going to first run some water through the machine (water tank filled to max and red plug already removed from tank). I turned it on and there was this horrible loud noise and shaking of the machine then the entire control panel just lit up blinking. I turned it off and tried again, same thing. The new coffeemaker would NOT work. I called immediately the manufacturers and they went through the basic steps (did I do this, did I do that in the set up--yes, followed manual to the letter and I had one coffeemaker like that before). So they gave me two options: 1. return it. 2. activate the waranty to send off the brand new coffee maker FOR REPAIRS (are you bleeping kidding me???!!!!). So half hour after Amazon deliered this product I had to box everything up again and fill out the return labels, etc. and drive some 25 minutes to the nearest return center as not to waste time --I want my refund back ASAP since it was 185 bucks I just lost. So from time to delivery to time to return drop off took about 1.5 hours. This company SHOULD STOP SELLING coffee maker with faulty manufacturing. It seems most of their coffeemakers are returned. I wish I red the reviews before trying to replace the old one. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS folks before wasting almost 200 bucks of something that does NOT work straight out of the box.
