Best one yet! Resolved snoring, grinding and clenching.
By Julie N. on Reviewed in the United States on February 12, 2023
This SO WORKS! My bottom jaw is smaller than my top as I was born with only three front bottom teeth which causes my bottom jaw to slide back resulting in snoring. I am not overweight. Don't smoke. Am generally healthy. I have tried EVERYTHING. CPAP (no!), mouth guards for grinding, nasal dilators, nasal sprays, the thing that holds your tongue out, throat exercises and SnoreLab tracking. I habitually practice lips together, teeth apart, tongue on the top of my mouth. Nothing has worked. I only ordered this as it was returnable. I followed fitting directions. Left it in its preset "neutral" position. Yes, it's a little bulky but much less so than others I've tried. Another reviewer suggested placing your tongue against the front opening, which I did. Went to bed with low expectations. Crazy surprised when I slept, hard, without issue. I grabbed my phone and checked my app and saw my score was 2! I listened to see if I made any sounds, snores, coughs or anything, and I only score a 2 as my cat was purring so loud! This worked! I didn't snore. My jaw was relaxed as I didn't (couldn't) grind. No headache since I wasn't clenching. My jaw was a little sore for the first few minutes upon waking, nothing horrible. As for the company, I made a small user error and emailed them to see if they could help, on a Saturday, and they immediately responded with the solution! Great customer service! I'm only one night in, but one night with real sleep is literally worth the cost alone. Try it. Ps not sponsored. Just SO GRATEFUL I can sleep, nap, vacation with friends and family and not be embarrassed and can wake up actually feeling rested.

Very uncomfortable, lots of drooling
By John M64 on Reviewed in the United States on January 7, 2025
I was hopeful when I ordered this product. I had hoped it would be the ideal travel device in lieu of more expensive ones. I followed the directions and fit it to my mouth. It felt tight but ok, not unlike mouth guards for martial arts like I had used before. My first night, I made it about two hours and took them out. While I don't think I was snoring, my jaw started to ache. The next night, I tried to keep them in longer. My lower jaw hurt even more and it felt like one of my teeth was more painful than the other. Then, on the third night, I woke up in a puddle of drool, jaw still hurting and I realized I had wasted $60. It didn't work for me and I don't think I'm going to try any further. Lesson learned. Also, I'll share two more things. The little arrow for orientation is damn near impossible to find in the dark and I wonder if the lack of a tongue brace like other brands is part of the problem. I wish I had better luck with it.
