Sleep/Shine Ashwagandha & Melatonin 3 Pk

Ever since I had my son, I have struggled to fall asleep and stay asleep. I have tried gummy Melatonin and those work well, however, I wanted something I could take that would be less disrupting to my intermittent fasting, so I wanted to try this pill. I have used it for a week plus, every night. I have found it still takes me a while to fall asleep, not as long as without it. I also am still waking up one to two times a night, but I am able to fall back asleep more quickly. Overall, this is not a perfect solution for me. But it does help a bit. If you have a LOT of trouble with sleep, I may look elsewhere. But if you need some light assistance, this could be helpful!
