Philips Norelco 9500 Rechargeable Wet & Dry Electric Shaver

The unit I recieved had a bright line of pixels down the middle of the display making it unreadable. The shave from it was great except for one fatal flaw - the odd head shape that so many other reviewers mention. The shape may be cool looking but it is not good for shaving. Since the blades are located so far back from the edges of the plastic head, you cannot shave close to the nose and can't tell precisely where the edge of cutting will be. Look at the pictures of the new head shape versus the more rounded one Norelco has had for years (and I've used with great results for 30 years). In the older shape, the blades are very close to the edge and are consistent all the the way around so you always know where the cutting will be and you can get close to the nose or sideburns. If they were to go back to the round head, this would be the best shaver ever - instead, I returned it.
