Wyklaus Head Shaver for Men

1 * for amazon and 1* for Wyklaus. When item failed after only 3 months of light use, Amazon's return procedure was well-hidden. Since there was a one year manufacturer warranty, I contacted the manufacturer for warranty service, telling them i purchased it from amazon. They asked me to send a video of the failure. And they asked me to send the amazon order number. I did both. They replied politely that since it was an amazon order i would have to contact amazon. Why didn't they tell me that in the first place!? Next i prevailed in discovering how to contact amazon for warranty service. The amazon customer service said that i could return the shaver for another or for a refund. But since i had an Asurion warranty extension, i thought it best to opt for a refund UNLESS amazon could also refund the asurion warranty fee. She seemed to want to issue a refund. I asked her 3 times to refund the purchase ONLY if she could also refund the asurion warranty. She put me on hold and told me she processed a refund of the shaver. I would have to go to asurion for the warranty refund. Too late to retract the refund and get the warranty honored. Maddening! Failure was that after the first washing of the cutter per mfr. instructions, the shaver stopped every time i applied it to my head. Before that, i noticed that it was only the center cutting chamber which was full of hair at each cleaning while the other chambers were virtually empty.....7 heads and one the center was doing any significant amount of cutting.
