Wonderful

I think that this does exactly what I want! Late 2021 I had a massive stroke and multiple head surgeries, my hair was shaven completely off twice. When I finally was able to go home (about a year later), I was using a salon shampoo. I thought why not. I searched and found this product. I can only take a "shower" about every 3 days. This shampoo is exactly what I need. It lasts and looks good for 3 days. My hair is actually starting new growth (I was afraid of losing more hair)! This shampoo has been a lifesaver!! I purchase a new bar every 3 months.

Edited to add: I didn’t return the products as I tried them several times and therefore they were used. I DID however get a message from Kitch offering me a refund. THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I requested a different bar pair instead of refund so I can give them another try. Hopefully I’ll get a different type and can modify this review for 5* Original review: Why did you pick this product vs others?: I see adds for Kitsch and the company gets positive reviews. I like that is is made in America and by a woman-owned company. Overall I like the other brand I had better and will go back to it Smell: I don’t care for the smell of the rice water bars. Effectiveness: I found my other bar shampoo and conditioner smelled better, lathered better, and hair felt softer afterward. It only takes one wash with that bar but two with the Kitsch.
