Works great..tastes is intense and consistency thick..but I just mix two tablespoons with 8oz of water and drink it. It taste fine...Will continue to use and will try other kinds.

Awful Tasting

Most foul tasting vitamin I've tried. I have others from Mary Ruth's and they are much better. One dose down and I will not be doing another. Gave it 3 stars because although it tastes bad, it may have worked well.
